Terms and Conditions
- All quotes are in pounds sterling and are for cash payment
- We accept all major credit cards, subject to a nominal charge
- Gratuities are not included and are at your discretion
Charges & Payment
- Your reservation will be confirmed by email. At this time we will ask you if you wish to pay by pounds sterling on the day of pick up or in advance by credit card.
- If payment by credit card is preferred we will telephone you at a mutually agreed time to process the credit card payment.
Cancellation and “No Show” Policy
- Flight delays are not subject to extra charges as long as you are still traveling on the same route and flight number.
- You must notify us immediately by calling 07817 433348 (011 44 7817 433348 – From the USA) if:
- Your flight is cancelled
- If you are switched to another flight
- If no call is received for the above reasons it will be considered as a “no show”. In this case a charge is payable up to the full quoted fare for your journey.
- We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or change of booking.
- Cancellation or changes within 24 hours of travel must be notified immediately by telephone to the number below.
- A charge at our discretion of up to the full amount may be payable.
We maintain a strict non-smoking policy in all our vehicles.
We have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behavior poses a threat to the chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger.
If for any reason you cannot make contact with your driver on arrival at the airport or port then we should be contacted on the telephone number below.
